| Conditions of Business |
| Training can only be provided subject to the following conditions: |
| 1.
TruckTrain cannot guarantee that a pupil will pass the driving test
at the conclusion of the allotted training period. 2. A training day will normally consist of 3 hours tuition. 3. The Driving Assessment fee is payable on the day of the Driving Assessment and is non-refundable. All course fees and DSA test fees are payable prior to the commencement of any training. 4. No refund or allowance can be made for cancellation or non-attendance of a driver booked on a Course or Test unless 14 working days notice of cancellation, in writing, has been received. Should notice be received then 50% of the training fees, excluding the DSA Test Fee, will be refundable. 5. TruckTrain insists on the highest standard of road safety. If, in the opinion of TruckTrain, a trainee, after 3 days tuition, is considered to be unsuitable for further training then the Course may be terminated in the interests of safety. Should this occur then TruckTrain will refund not more than 50% of the Course fee. Note: The DSA Test Fee is not refundable. |
